Perks Marketplace Overview

The Akangbou marketplace is a perks and benefits hub. Paid builders and contractors can list discounts, and members can browse, save, and redeem offers. No payments are collected in the marketplace.

• Perks are informational and optional—saving a perk does not create a purchase or reservation.
• Discount codes and redemption details are shared by organizers directly on the perk page.
• Perks may have limited quantities, eligibility requirements, or expiration dates.

Organizer Obligations

• Maintain an active paid subscription to publish perks.
• Publish accurate perk details, eligibility requirements, and redemption steps.
• Clearly disclose expiration dates, usage limits, and exclusions.
• Update or retire perks promptly if terms change or inventory is exhausted.

Member Expectations

• Use perks responsibly and follow organizer redemption instructions.
• Do not resell or distribute codes in violation of partner terms.
• Report misleading perk details to marketplace@akangbou.com.

Compliance & Prohibited Goods

• No weapons, illicit substances, or regulated medical devices.
• No financial products, securities, or investment solicitations.
• Perks must comply with applicable consumer protection and advertising laws.
